Policies and Procedures
This outlines the Terms of Service & Policies of AG AV with regards to payment structure, warranty, equipment ownership, customer responsibilities, Liability, AG AV responsibilities and resolution procedures. By engaging in business with AG AV, customers and party’s involved agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

Most services are billed hourly. AG AV does not offer partial hour billing. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed upon with AG AV in writing.
Payment & Refund Terms Conditions:
Labor and travel costs are non-refundable.
To secure any project a deposit of the total cost of equipment or 50% labor could be required. Estimates are used as an approximation based on the information and requirements provided by the customer and project manager and is not guaranteed. Costs and terms are subject to change. The customer will be notified prior to any changes in price. All estimates are valid for 14 days once created and sent to the customer for review. Within this time, pricing is subject to change based on the availability of the items or market increases.
Upon the customer’s approval of the final estimate, if deemed necessary, a deposit will be provided to the estimate to ensure all items are paid for prior to the start date of the project. After payment for deposit is received, we will proceed with scheduling a start date for the project. In cases where no deposit is necessary, we will continue with the subsequent steps detailed in your estimate. It is important to be aware that most items are custom ordered and may delay the start of the project. Any changes made to the delivery, product(s) or services, including details, quantity, and scheduling can result in additional or increased charges.
In case of a non-payment after completion of work, the customer has 14 days from the date of the invoice to complete payment unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed upon by AG AV in writing. Failure to pay within this period will result in a $200 late fee or the highest lawful rate, which will be added to the invoice. If payment is still not received, AG AV reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions:
Removal of all equipment and or parts installed for the job.
Initiate Collections (process report to a collections agency)
Pursuit of additional legal steps as dictated and directed by the state ordinance where the service was completed.
If a partial payment has been made pursuant to an alternative arrangement negotiated between AG AV and the customer, and no additional payments have been received within the stipulated time frame agreed upon by the parties, AG AV retains the right to take the actions outlined in this agreement.
AG AV reserves the right to issue refunds at its sole discretion. To qualify for a refund, the item(s) must be in its original condition at the time of receipt, with all original materials intact. Upon receipt of the items, AG AV will initiate the refund at its discretion. Kindly allow a processing and handling period of 14 to 30 business days for all refund transactions.
Cancelation Policy:
AG AV LLC requests a 24 hour notice for any appointment that will be missed, canceled, or rescheduled. Fees no less than $125 may incur if notice is not provided. This fee is subject to change at the company's discretion.
Equipment Ownership:
Any product or item purchased by the customer remains the responsibility of the customer. AG AV does not claim ownership rights over customer equipment. AG AV will not be held liable for any damages made or caused to any customer product or item purchased through another vendor.
Any materials and items supplied by AG AV shall remain the property of AG AV until the full invoice has been paid unless otherwise stated in writing by AG AV to the customer or party involved.
Products or items provided by AG AV to the customer are under warranty for 30 days from the completion of the job. If an item is found to be defective within this period, AG AV will facilitate the exchange at no additional charge. Fees will be determined after the 30-day warranty. In the event of customer induced damage to the equipment provided by AG AV, the customer is responsible for the repair cost, replacement product cost, shipping and handling, and reinstallation cost.
In the event of an act of God or unforeseen damage made by the public, AG AV will not be held liable. Pricing will be determined based on damage and replacement fees.
Insurance and Incident Reporting:
AG AV is an insured company. In the event of an incident, customers are required to report them to AG AV promptly. AG AV will file a claim with the insurance, and any decisions
made by the insurance will be honored with the highest regard.
Liability:
AG AV assumes liability solely for the scope of work undertaken by AG AV. No responsibility shall be assumed for defects in pre-existing installations or for components not produced by AG AV. AG AV disclaims any accountability for loss or damage to property, materials, or personal injuries to individuals resulting from the actions of the customer, other household members, items or guests, whether occurring before, during, or after the completion of the specified works.
AG AV maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards theft for all employees, contractors, and customers. Upon examination of any evidence presented, we will assess and implement the appropriate disciplinary actions to address the issue.
Right of Refusal:
AG AV reserves the right to refuse service to a customer, without providing justification. In the event of any such occurrences during the project, AG AV reserves the right to remove the technician(s) and prohibit any other technician, contractor or employee from returning to the premises. This action will result in the refusal of any additional services to the customer or involved party. Threats initiated by the customer or involved party could result to legal actions in accordance with the ordinances of the state where the service was initiated.
By engaging in services with AG AV, customers acknowledge and agree to comply with the information outlined in this policy. AG AV reserves the right to update these policies at any point necessary with any changes communicated to customers in a timely manner.
