Pricing varies based on parts, time, and usage type (Residential, commercial, or Government).

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When working with a new costumer, we will explain the entire process and what to expect before, during, and after installation. This usually includes a site survey, where we will gather all the information requested by the customer for the project. Upon completing the site survey, we then send out a formal estimate. Once accepted and any applicable deposits are made , we will then schedule the customer for service.

What education and/or training do we have that relates to our work?

We are a licensed low voltage company. All of our technicians hold various certifications in the low voltage field.

How did we get started doing this type of work?

Many of our technicians started in the industry doing things such as cable, home security, telephone, networking, and audio visual.

What types of customers have we worked with?

We have worked with all types of customers such as residential, commercial, and industrial.

What advice would we give a customer looking to hire us?

Always make sure that you have the proper amount of time available for the installation or repair.
